Terms of Service
Drip Hydration UK – Customer Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service carefully. By using this website at https://driphydration.co.uk/, clicking “I agree” when required, checking a related box to signify your acceptance, using any other acceptance protocol presented through the service, or otherwise affirmatively accepting these terms of service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms of service, do not create an account or use the service.
If you have a medical emergency, call 999 or visit the nearest emergency department immediately. Our services are not suitable for all medical conditions, and our clinicians may determine that you require alternative or urgent in-person care.
These terms are subject to change as provided herein.
1. Introduction
Drip Hydration UK (“Drip Hydration UK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates the website located at https://driphydration.co.uk/ and provides mobile and in-home IV therapy and related healthcare services throughout the United Kingdom (the “Service”).
Drip Hydration UK is a healthcare provider regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and our clinicians (nurses, doctors, and other authorised healthcare professionals) are employed directly by us.
These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our Service.
In these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to the person using the Service, or—where the Service is used by an individual aged 16–17 with a legal guardian present—both the minor and the legal guardian providing consent.
2. Acceptance of Terms of Service
Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We may update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Medical Disclaimer and Your Relationship with Us
Drip Hydration UK provides medical services through our own employed, licensed clinicians. We are responsible for the clinical care you receive.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Our clinicians determine the clinical appropriateness of treatment.
We may decline treatment or redirect you to alternative or emergency services.
The Service does not replace regular in-person medical care or your relationship with your GP.
You are responsible for monitoring communications sent to you through the Service, including appointment updates and clinical information.
Your use of the Service also creates a direct relationship with Drip Hydration UK for non-clinical functions such as payments, scheduling, and account management.
4. Fees and Financial Responsibility
Drip Hydration UK does not accept private medical insurance or NHS funding. All services are provided on a self-pay basis.
You agree that:
You are solely responsible for paying all fees associated with your care.
Services are delivered outside any insurance or government-funded healthcare schemes.
Travel fees, out-of-hours fees, and other charges may apply and will be disclosed where possible.
You must pay all fees at the time of booking or as otherwise required.

Unless required by UK consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
Membership fees generally exclude travel and additional service fees.
6. Medicines and Prescription Products
Prescription Requirements

If prescribed:
Your prescription may be fulfilled by a partner pharmacy or a pharmacy of your choice.
You consent to sharing necessary personal and clinical information with the pharmacy.
Prescription items must be stored safely and kept out of reach of children.
Prescription products are considered Third-Party Goods and Services.
7. Laboratory Tests (If Applicable)
Some laboratory tests require clinical authorisation and are fulfilled by third-party UK laboratories.
If you use laboratory services:
Kits may be sent to you following clinician review.
You must follow all instructions accurately.
Costs will be communicated prior to purchase.
Laboratory services are third-party services.
8. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees associated with your treatment. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Additional refund or cancellation policies may be provided separately on our website.
9. Limited Use and Availability
The Service is available only to individuals:
located within areas where we operate in the UK,

Certain treatments may have further age or clinical restrictions.
We may determine that the Service is not appropriate for your condition and may decline treatment accordingly.
10. Telehealth Services
We may use secure electronic communication (“Telehealth”) to conduct assessments or follow-up consultations.
Telehealth has limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions. Before treatment, you must review and accept our Patient Consent, which includes consent for telehealth.
11. Duty to Provide Accurate Information and Access Requirements
You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information. Failure to do so may result in declined treatment or account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and technology for remote consultations.

You grant Drip Hydration UK the right to use non-clinical submissions (feedback, comments, suggestions) for service improvement or operational purposes.
Clinical information is excluded and remains confidential under healthcare law and UK GDPR.
17. Prohibited Use
